Partnerships

The strongest products start with someone who already lives in the problem.

Choosing what to build begins with finding a real problem rather than an interesting idea, and the most reliable way to do that is a domain partner: someone with deep knowledge of the field, direct access to the people who have the problem, and the patience to keep giving feedback while the product takes shape. Where that partnership is real, we build the product together and share in it.

Where these start

Nowhere formal. Every one so far has come out of a conversation with someone we already had reason to talk to.

1

At conferences

We speak at them and we go to them. Most of these start in a hallway rather than an inbox.

2

Through the network

Someone we know makes an introduction, or the person with the problem finds us on LinkedIn and writes.

3

Through augmented.club

People who came to learn the method sometimes turn out to be the domain expert for a product worth building.

What each side brings

The split is the whole reason it works. Neither half gets there alone.

NodeonLabs brings

  • The build engine: the agentic platform, and engineers who run it daily.
  • Product judgement about what to build first and what belongs on a roadmap.
  • Software that holds up in production, not a prototype that demos well.
  • What we have learned taking four products to real users.

The partner brings

  • Deep knowledge of a field we would need years to learn.
  • Direct access to the people who have the problem.
  • Honest feedback throughout, not a sign-off at the end.
  • A way into the market that we do not have.

What this is not

Not an agency

We do not take on build work for a fee under this arrangement.

Not an open call

There is no application, no form and no queue.

Not a promise

Most conversations end without a co-build, and that is the expected outcome.
