About Our Services

This website provides information about NodeonLabs as a software product company and about the products it builds. The website is informational; any actual services are delivered under separate written agreements between NodeonLabs and its clients.

Terms for Training Services

• We provide training services under a written order or contract that sets out the program, its scope, the format, the dates, the number of participants and the price. The price is always agreed in advance and confirmed in a quote; unless stated otherwise, it is exclusive of VAT.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue, unless we agree otherwise.
• Materials provided during a course are for the personal use of the participant and their employer; they may not be redistributed or used for your own training activity without our written consent.

Enrolment, rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the rules on the Admissions and Participation Terms page. Complaints about a training service are handled under the Complaints Policy.

Terms for self-paced training

An invoice for a self-paced program may be requested by emailing hello@nodeonlabs.com. Once the enrolment details have been agreed, we issue the invoice; the full price is payable in advance by bank transfer, no later than three working days before the program start date. Access begins on the published program start date and remains available for 12 months; the enrolment confirmation states the exact start and expiry dates.

During the access period, the purchased lessons and challenges, submitted work and results, and Q&A recordings from the relevant run remain available. Live Q&A sessions and active instructor or community support are provided only during the scheduled 3-, 5- or 7-week program.

The price includes corrections, security updates, replacements of outdated lessons and content improvements within the purchased program and package. It does not include future standalone programs, new packages or substantial additions outside the purchased scope.

A full refund may be requested without giving a reason by emailing hello@nodeonlabs.com no later than 23:59 on the seventh calendar day of the program, with the start date counted as day one. The guarantee applies to each standard seat purchased by an individual or a company; separately negotiated company contracts may expressly set different terms.

A refund immediately ends enrolment and access to lessons, the community and Q&A, and recorded progress is no longer available. No certificate of completion or platform certificate is issued. Normal use of content unlocked during the first week does not prevent a refund; demonstrably abusive repeated enrolment and refund requests may be refused.

The satisfaction guarantee is an additional contractual benefit and does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, code, and downloadable materials) is owned by NodeonLabs s.r.o. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Free resources we offer (such as PDF guides) are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale without written permission is not allowed.

Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in any forms you submit
• Not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download our content
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures, including reCAPTCHA
• Not misuse our contact or download forms for spam or unauthorized communications
