What each day covers
Day 1 · Level 1
Context and tokens, project memory (CLAUDE.md), clear prompts, MCP servers that connect the agent to your tools, and your first skills.
Day 2 · Level 2
Skills in depth, subagents, the skill, agent and hook architecture, a first safety hook, and a first orchestrator on a real repository.
Day 3 · Level 3
Multi-layer orchestration, nested subagents, parallel work in git worktrees, and self-correcting loops that check their own results.
Day 4 · Level 4
Read-only database access, small review tools, your own MCP server, retrieval (RAG), workflows and convergent loops, plugins and a private marketplace, and a 30-day rollout plan for your team.

Before the first day
Every engagement starts with a pre-assessment of each engineer. It shows where your team should start; teams already past the basics can begin at a later level. Engineers receive setup instructions in advance, so day one is not spent configuring tools.
