What the 12-month Programme includes

We put these together in one proposal for you. They are not sold separately.

  • Diagnostic

    Interviews, a pulse survey, a sample of repositories, pull requests and workflows, and a review of tools and policies. Leaves a baseline, maturity per team, a roadmap and a business case.

  • Foundation Build

    A company skill repository with a promotion path, agent configuration standards, verification and security hooks, CI gates and a permission policy, then handover to your platform team.

  • Champion Programme

    Six to twelve internal leaders trained and supported to run cohorts and keep the standard current after we leave.

  • ACI

    The measurement and skill-governance platform: usage across tools, skill ownership and versions, outcome evidence from delivery systems.

  • Quarterly evidence reviews

    A review with management every quarter: what changed, what the evidence shows, what to adjust.

  • Advisor Retainer

    A few founder days a month for leadership sparring and keeping practice current as the tools change.

We do not write features in your product, and we do not resell tool licences. We work on how your teams build, and we leave them owning it.
