Admissions and Participation Terms

Here you will find who our programs are for, what you need before you start, how to apply, and what you can expect from us. The same rules apply to corporate and individual applications.

Who the programs are for

Our training programs are for adults who want to use artificial intelligence tools in their actual work. The target group is developers and technical teams, as well as non-technical professionals who want to bring AI into their own way of working.

Programs run on two tracks within one group — on the engineering track participants build the system themselves, on the pilot track they receive it ready-made and learn to steer it. This lets people at different technical levels work together.

The current offer, program content, scope and dates are on our learning platform: Programs on augmented.club

Entry requirements

To take the main program you need:

  • basic digital literacy at level A2.2 of the Reference Framework for Digital Skills Development — everyday work with a computer, a browser and files,
  • your own laptop with internet access,
  • programming experience for the engineering track; not required for the pilot track,
  • working knowledge of the language the course is delivered in.

If you are not sure whether you meet the requirements, write to us — the entry assessment settles it before you apply.

Entry assessment and recognition of prior experience

Before starting, every participant goes through a short entry assessment. Based on it we set the entry day of the program, the depth of the package and the right track.

The entry assessment also serves as recognition of prior learning and experience: a participant who already knows part of the content starts at a higher entry point and does not sit through what they already know. This does not reduce the scope stated on the certificate — that reflects the scope of the program actually completed.

How to apply

Applying takes four steps:

  1. 1.Write to us at hello@nodeonlabs.com.
  2. 2.We agree the scope, format and dates, and you go through the entry assessment.
  3. 3.You receive a quote and, once you approve it, confirmation of your place; terms are agreed in writing.
  4. 4.Before the course starts you receive setup instructions and preparation materials, so day one is not spent configuring tools.

Capacity and order of applications

There are at most 10 participants per instructor, so each of them gets attention. Larger groups are taught by two or three instructors together. For open dates, applications are taken in the order received. If a date is full, we offer the nearest available one.

Equal access to training

Training is open to everyone who meets the entry conditions of the program, regardless of gender, age, origin, religion or disability, to the extent the nature of the program allows.

If you need an adjustment to the terms of participation — for example a change of pace or format — tell us when applying and we will try to accommodate it. The online and cohort formats are also available to those for whom concentrated in-person attendance does not work.

Cancellation and rescheduling

A booking is confirmed by a downpayment of 50 % of the agreed total; the remaining 50 % is invoiced after delivery. The cancellation policy takes effect on the day the downpayment is credited to our account and applies to every confirmed date. Send cancellations by email to hello@nodeonlabs.com — the date we receive the email decides which band applies:

  • More than one month before the agreed date — free of charge. The downpayment is refunded in full, or carried over to a rescheduled date, whichever you prefer. Fee 0 %.
  • Less than one month, but one week or more, before the date — the cancellation fee equals the downpayment, that is 50 % of the agreed total. Nothing further is invoiced.
  • Less than one week before the date — the full agreed price is due. The downpayment is retained and the remaining 50 % is invoiced.
  • Rescheduling more than one month ahead is free and simply moves the booking to a new agreed date. Rescheduling inside one month is treated as a cancellation of that date under the bands above.
  • If the programme is split into several visits, the bands apply to each confirmed date on its own.
  • You may substitute another participant free of charge if you tell us before the course starts.
  • If we cancel or cannot deliver an agreed date, you receive a full refund of everything paid for that date, with no fee of any kind.

If you are a consumer and concluded the contract at a distance, these cancellation bands do not limit your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. That period runs from the day the contract was concluded, so if you withdraw while it is running no cancellation fee applies; the conditions are set out in our complaints policy.

Completing the program and the certificate

Every program ends with an assessment of the competences achieved. In the intensive program you take tests in each module along the way, and a final practical assignment and short test at the end. In the long-form cohort you submit solutions to challenges during the program, capturing the practices you introduced into your own work; each solution is reviewed and approved by the instructor.

To complete successfully you need at least 70 % — in the intensive program in the tests together with the submitted final assignment, in the cohort as the share of approved challenge solutions out of those you agreed with your lecturer at the start (at least five).

A participant who completes the programme successfully receives a certificate of completion which states, among other things, the name of the programme, its scope in teaching hours, its content and the level attained on the Reference Framework for the Development of Digital Skills.

If you are not satisfied

If anything falls short of what we promised, we handle it under our complaints policy. Complaints Policy
