Article IV, part 1. Required elements of a programme
Every training programme of the institution must define in writing:
a) the target group,
b) the entry requirements for the participant,
c) the learning objectives (outcome competences),
d) the content and its division into modules,
e) the scope in teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes, at most 8 teaching hours per day); the same scope is stated on the website, in the programme's registration in ISVD and on the certificate,
f) the forms and methods of training,
g) the form of assessing learning outcomes,
h) the type of document issued on completion,
i) the mapping to the areas of digital competence and the level of the Reference Framework for the Development of Digital Skills.
Article IV, part 2. Design, approval and review
- A programme is designed on the basis of labour-market needs, feedback from participants and clients, and insights from the institution's own production practice.
- Before its first run, a programme is approved by the programme guarantors jointly. The approval is recorded in the programme version.
- Every change of content is issued as a new version with a date and a short description of the change.
- Every programme is reviewed at least once every 12 months. Given the pace at which AI tools develop, operational adjustments are also made continuously after individual runs.
- The current programmes, their content, scope and conditions are published on the institution's website nodeonlabs.com, in the structure set out in point 1 of this article, with a separate, directly linkable page for each programme. The augmented.club learning platform links to these pages.
Article VIII. Quality assurance and improvement cycle
The institution applies a closed PDCA cycle:
| Phase | What happens | Who | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plan | designing or updating a programme based on market needs, feedback and production practice | programme guarantors | at design and at review |
| Do | teaching according to the approved programme and defined methods | instructor | every run |
| Check | module tests, final assessment, feedback from participants and the instructor | instructor, platform | every run |
| Act | evaluating and reflecting changes in programmes, methods and staff | programme guarantors | operationally after every run; in summary once a year |
The annual quality evaluation is prepared jointly by the programme guarantors, in writing. It contains: an overview of the runs delivered, KPI results, a summary of feedback, the measures taken and the plan for the next period. It is filed in the institution's documentation.
Article IX. Quality indicators
| Indicator | Target | Data source | Evaluated by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Average participant satisfaction | ≥ 4.5 / 5 | evaluation form on the platform | programme guarantors, once a year |
| Successful completion rate | ≥ 85 % | record of assessments and certificates | programme guarantors, once a year |
| Share of programmes updated in the last 12 months | 100 % | record of programme versions | programme guarantors, once a year |
| Handling of a suggestion or complaint | usually within 10 working days, at the latest within 30 days | record of suggestions | programme guarantors, continuously |
If an indicator does not reach its target, the programme guarantors state the cause in the annual evaluation, together with a specific corrective measure, a deadline and a responsible person.
Article X. Documentation and its retention
The institution keeps and retains:
| Document | Form | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| training programmes including their versions | electronic | for the validity of the programme + 5 years |
| records of instructors (CV, documents, experience) | electronic | while the instructor works for us + 5 years |
| records of course runs (schedule, attendance sheet) | electronic | 5 years from the end of the run |
| assessment results and issued certificates | electronic, on the platform | 10 years from the issue of the certificate |
| participant feedback | electronic, on the platform | 5 years from the end of the run |
| annual quality evaluations | electronic | 5 years from their preparation |
The retention period starts at the end of the calendar year in which the relevant event occurred. The basic five-year period covers the whole validity of the education institution's certificate and is available for inspection by the ministry and the Alliance of Sector Councils. The longer period for assessment results and issued certificates reflects that a graduate may ask for a duplicate certificate and that, for training funded from public sources, completion is proved retrospectively.
When the period expires, the institution discards the documents; documents containing personal data are disposed of securely. Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the published privacy rules.
