ACI: evidence, not anecdotes.

Augmented Company Intelligence (ACI) shows which AI skills and agents your teams use, who owns them, and whether they hold up. It runs inside your infrastructure, and only team totals leave it.
Works with
  • Claude Code
  • OpenAI Codex
  • GitHub Copilot
  • OpenCode
ACI overview: share of engineers using the agreed standard skills per 30-day period, skills with owners and evaluations, and the next decisions
ACI skill registry: each skill and agent with its stage, release, adoption, failure rate, evaluation pass rate and signals

What it shows

Four views of how your teams work with AI.

  1. Adoption of your standards

For each skill your teams agreed on: the share of engineers using it, per 30-day period, across teams.

    What you see

    • Share of engineers using each standard skill, per 30-day period
    • Skills that have an owner and an evaluation
    • The three decisions that matter most right now
ACI overview: share of engineers using the agreed standard skills per 30-day period, skills with owners and evaluations, and the next decisions
  2. A registry of skills and agents

Every skill and agent with an owner, a fixed release version and a stage: experimental, team standard, company standard. Promotion needs evaluation, real use and a human approver.

    What you see

    • Stage of each skill: experimental, team standard or company standard
    • Release version, failure rate and evaluation pass rate
    • Signals such as an open incident or an outdated release
ACI skill registry: each skill and agent with its stage, release, adoption, failure rate, evaluation pass rate and signals
  3. Quality signals

Failure rates, evaluation results, incidents and skills still calling outdated releases, with the next step for each.

    What you see

    • Skills and agents that need attention, with the next step
    • Outdated releases still in use
    • Incident and regression records
ACI quality view: skills that need attention, deprecated releases and incident records
  4. Adoption cohorts

Cohorts of engineers working through challenges together, and whether the skills they target are taking hold.

    What you see

    • Week and challenge progress for each cohort
    • The skills a cohort targets, and whether their use is growing
    • Teams with open work and no cohort yet
ACI adoption cohorts: teams with open work and no cohort, a cohort's week, challenge progress and the skills it targets

How your data flows

Raw data stays with you. Only team totals leave.

Your infrastructure

Your AI tools

Claude Code, Codex and Copilot report activity through OpenTelemetry; OpenCode through our plugin.

The Collector

Processes raw activity on your side, in a container with its own database. Nothing is pushed into it from outside.

Only team totals

augmented.club

ACI dashboard

Receives team totals, private suggestions for one person and each person's own view. Never raw events.

How it treats your data

  • Never collected

Prompts, responses, code, diffs, file paths, shell arguments, tool input and output, and error text never leave your environment, at any setting.

  • Team level, no rankings

Team totals are shown only for groups of five or more. There are no rankings and no individual views for team leads.

  • You set the level

Four collection levels, from off to activity with prompt analysis inside the Collector. You set it in your configuration; we cannot raise it. People can opt out.

Where it stands

  • ACI is new. Its first client rollout is being prepared.
  • Links to pull requests, CI and issue tracking are in development; today the dashboard shows usage, skills and quality.

Part of every 12-month Programme.

ACI starts in the Diagnostic as your baseline and runs through the year, so the evidence is yours from the first month.
